1. Services

Bamboo Removal Wales provides professional bamboo survey, treatment, and removal services across South Wales. All work is carried out by trained, PCA-registered operatives.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to site conditions; if unforeseen circumstances arise during the work, we will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed works unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Guarantees

Insurance-backed guarantees of up to 10 years are available on our treatment and excavation services. A guarantee is not automatic and is not offered on every job: eligibility depends on the species, the extent of the rhizome spread, safe access to the whole affected area, and the method agreed after survey. The written guarantee documentation issued with your quotation sets out the actual cover, term and exclusions and takes precedence over any description on this website.

Cover is conditional on the agreed works being completed in full, any aftercare requirements being followed, agreed monitoring visits being permitted, and invoices being settled in line with the agreed terms.

A guarantee does not cover growth from a fresh source outside the treated area (for example continuing spread from adjoining land that has not been treated), areas excluded in writing or that we could not access, areas subsequently excavated or disturbed by others, reinstatement or landscaping beyond disposal and backfilling, or consequential loss.

Mortgage lenders, insurers and surveyors set their own requirements and those requirements vary. We cannot warrant that any particular lender, insurer or surveyor will accept our guarantee or management plan; that decision rests with them.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.

6. Access & Site Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the site. You must inform us of any underground services, utilities, or hazards prior to the start of work. We accept no liability for damage to unmarked or undisclosed services.

7. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract unless otherwise required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
